OUR STORY
Blink Living was founded in Noosa in 2008, at a time when property styling was still emerging in Queensland. Early on, we worked closely with local agents to demonstrate the value of thoughtful presentation – showing that a well-styled property could attract stronger buyer interest and reduce time on market.
Over time, this approach helped reshape how homes were prepared for sale across the Sunshine Coast.
Today, Blink Living is the region’s largest property styling business, trusted by leading agents, homeowners, and developers to deliver premium presentation with consistency and care. Our growth has been built on experience, results, and a team committed to doing things properly.
Having styled more than 3,000 properties across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast, we bring a deep understanding of what works — and why. From coastal apartments to hinterland homes and high-end family residences, our team creates spaces that feel considered, cohesive, and market-ready.

Today, Blink Living is led by owners Phoebe and Jake, whose focus is on strengthening the foundations that have made Blink trusted across the Sunshine Coast – while thoughtfully evolving the business for the future.
With deep experience in property styling, operations, and scaling service-led businesses, Phoebe and Jake bring a practical, systems-driven approach to leadership. Their priority is simple: to ensure Blink Living continues to deliver exceptional results with consistency, care, and professionalism – no matter the scale or scope of the project.
Under their direction, Blink is investing in people, processes, and inventory to support long-term growth across residential, commercial, and investment projects, while staying grounded in the hands-on, relationship-driven approach the brand is known for.
