Styling the dream property
This property is the ideal family-friendly retreat from the suburbs, featuring a stunning nature lookout and a bright, airy interior. To elevate the space and capture the dream, we chose white furniture and rich, warm accessories that complement the flooring and maximise the natural light. The property’s generous layout gave us plenty of room to style to our heart’s content.
Selecting designer furniture
For this project, our property stylist chose designer timber furniture to match the home’s high calibre. Timber elements were featured in the bedside tables, dining table, and occasional chairs, all styled with earthy, textured accessories. A standout piece is the Payton Dining Chair from Horgan’s in a stunning orange velvet, which radiates in the natural light of the dining room. This chair adds texture and depth, breaking up the coastal look and enriching the space.

The key rooms in this property are the open-plan living and dining areas. Upon entering, you’ll find the lounge on a split level, offering stunning views of the hinterland. It was essential that our property styling complemented, rather than detracted from, the view. Since this is where the family would spend most of their time, it was important to ensure the space was both functional and ergonomic, allowing for smooth foot traffic and practical furniture choices.
