Styling the dream property
Our talented property stylist, Kirsty Cranswick, partnered with Suter Smith Cleine agency to bring this magnificent 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom to the market. To style the dream property, Kirsty emphasises threading the outside within since the pool is such a feature and in the middle of the home. It was also crucial to emphasise the modern coastal appearance since the house had a major renovation and facelift , we had to accentuate the luxuriousness within the styling.
Selecting designer furniture
Kirsty selected designer furniture such as Globewest’s entertainment unit, coffee table and occasional chairs for the main living room. The entrance also consisted of a statement Globewest’s buffet with accessories and a mirror to soften the area. Due to the size of the property, there were two dining areas in proximity to one another, one casual and one formal. The formal dining area with the beautifully curved windows was styled with a Replica furniture dining table and chairs to add luxury.

Staging key rooms
This property consisted of 3x master bedrooms so it was essential to style these with luxuriousness and volume to add to the level of elegance to the home. Kirsty also had to consider the oversized living spaces and ensure furniture was to scale of the home and represented how the space could be used at a high standard. Another key area for staging was the numerous outdoor spaces as this challenged Kirsty to furnish them with unique purposes and to scale. Kirsty created a private outdoor retreat stemming from the master bedroom, an outdoor dining space outside the kitchen sliding doors, a sitting corner on the top balcony and seating around the pool and fireplace.
